All you have to do is take a look around in our communities to see that traditional education has failed us. CTT 365’s goal is to groom individuals to be the best person they can be; taking into consideration any trauma sensitive events that have occurred in a person’s lifetime.

 

CTT 365 will meet the following objectives:

​

• SWOT Assessment – an analysis of an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats;

• Assess an individual’s mental intellect, physical health, demographic, family environment, and social economic status;

• Create a learning environment in which individuals can best thrive.

Awareness of purpose, potential, strength and weaknesses to develop short- and long-term goals to enhance an individual’s well-being in all phases of life. Full awareness will create solid unshakable mindsets.

  

CTT 365 will meet the following objectives:

 

• Increase awareness to specifically target ancient methods and dispelling years of myths to oppress and steer in the wrong direction. 

• Inform and inspire to use available resources.

Self-sufficiency provides us with independence. Today, the systems of the world are set up in a way that encourages individuals to fail in life, stay in the same rut, and to minimize growth. 

 

CTT 365 will meet the following objectives:

• Expose individuals to systematic processes to overcome negative behavior and lack of hope;

• Promote learning from all social phenomenons;

• Process behavior to meet unmet needs; thereby, forming a sense of independence.

Living in the past keeps a person from progressing into their future. CTT 365 will apply a holistic approach toward overcoming spiritual, mental, and physical healing issues that each individual faces.

CTT 365 will meet the following objectives:

 

• Identify any hindrances that effect individual spirituality, physical bodies, and mental mindset; 

• Address and remove these hindrances to provide the opportunity to move in success for growth.

CTT 365 provides resources to individuals using already established resources provided by like-minded agencies.

 

CTT 365 will meet the following objectives:

• Participate in inter-agency council meetings, school board meetings, and other appropriate decision-making authorities;

• Form partnerships with other like-minded agencies.

The most important part of leadership is being able to lead yourself first and advocate for yourself.

 

CTT 365 will meet the following objectives:

• Assist individuals in becoming contributing members of family and community;

• Break social economic curses.

• Stimulate love of self and community.

• Focus on attributes, setting goals, and achievements;

• Participate in workshops, seminars and forums about impacting issues.
